You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@getswarm.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Swarm. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.
We aim to keep Swarm available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
Paid plans are billed in advance. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but we'll work with you if something goes wrong — just reach out.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Swarm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
